| SOCCER IN SOCCER IF YOU PICK UP THE BALL IT WOULD BE CALLED A PENALTEY.WHEN YOU START OF WITH THE BALL YOU HAVE TO KICK IT BACK TO YOUR TEAM MATES.YOU WILL GET REALLY ATHELITIC AND STRONG. IT WOULD BE A GREAT EXERCISE. Just so you want to pickup up the ball. You just have to be the goalie. When you are the goalie you have to stay in the goalie box.
