Techniques

* Passing

* Trapping

* Through in

* Shooting

Passing:

When you pass the ball you usually use the inside of yourfoot. When you pass you bring use foot back

And kick the ball. The more you follow through with yourleg the farther the ball will go or the harder

The pass will be. You use youÕre other foot to point wereyou want the ball to go. This is very important

Because if your foot is pointing the wrong way it will notgo were you want it to go.

Trapping:

When you trap the ball you slightly lift your foot up andlet the ball hit your foot and get control of it.

Or you could let the ball roll under your foot and when itis right underneath it you but you foot down

On the ball making sure you have control of it.

Through in:

When you do a through in you need to be sure the ball goesall the way behind your head and your feet stay

On the ground. If they arenÕt the ref will call it and itwill be the other teams ball. For more power on a

through in you can get a running start just be sure not toover run or the ref will also call it but they just

make you re-through it.

Shooting:

When you shoot the ball you basically kick the ball usingthe inside of your foot. You want to make the

Shoot as hard as possible because then it harder for thegoalie to get control of. Also you want to shoot

The ball on the ground because it is harder for a goalieto get down and dive then it is for them to jump.

Shoes get a grip in the ground

Shin Guards:

You need shin guards to guard your shins. When you aretrying to get the ball and so are

Someone else and they kicked you, you would get reallyhurt. So when you wear shin
